Social and Sustainable Development Responsibility Committee
- In order to fulfill its social responsibility and strive for sustainable development, Huaxing Optoelectronics has established a social and sustainable development responsibility committee and established organizational regulations for compliance.
- The committee is under the jurisdiction of the Board of Directors and formulates relevant policies and objectives in accordance with the organizational charter. It holds regular meetings every year to review the operation status.
- The committee is composed of independent directors and senior executives, with at least three members, of which more than half are independent directors.
